JANUARY'S CAT OF THE MONTH

This month, we are sponsoring 1-month-old Porsche. ❤️‍🩹 On one of the coldest winter days, this tiny kitten faced a terrible danger. Seeking warmth, he climbed into a car’s engine, unaware it was running. Fortunately, the driver heard his faint meows and stopped just in time. Thanks to police officers and a mechanic, Porsche was rescued, but not without injuries.

His tail had suffered an open fracture during the ordeal. The kind woman who found him tried to nurse him back to health at home but soon realized his injuries needed expert care. Heartbroken, she reached out to Ramapo-Bergen Animal Rescue, explaining, “We have done all we could but can’t afford the medical care he needs. We’re devastated, especially during the holidays.” Porsche arrived at RBARI with most of his tail necrotic, which had shockingly fallen off during a cleaning, requiring amputation of the remaining portion.

Ramapo-Bergen Animal Rescue is seeking funds to cover the cost of little Porsche's surgery and ongoing treatments. 10% of our profits from orders placed in January will be donated to support Porsche and Ramapo-Bergan Animal Rescue.
